The objective of this project is to analyze the subjective and informal factors conditioning the academic track of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona women teachers, the purpose is to develope action proposals in order to allow to aware the scientific community about the problem, and to put in action measures adressed to avoid sexism in the university. The instruments to implement those aims are the following: 1. Analyzing teh teachers and academic authorities perception regarding the implicit and formal factors in access and promotion criterion that operate in the development of the women teachers academic curricula. 2. From the results obtained in the first analytic stage, organizing a meeting that bring together experts in the subject, academic authorities and teachers, with the aim to develop a diagnostic of the factors that take part in the academic staff curricula and to design intervention measures.
