The Observatory of Judicial Culture results from the coordinate project between different research groups and the head team of the Spanish Judiciary School, and its aims at providing answers to the legal and professional problems that judges issued from the School have to face in their first destinations. The Project's objectives are: (i) obtaining an accurate map of the needs, doubts, and most frequently asked questions raised by judges of the three previous qualified courses (49-50-51); systematizing and coding in two clusters of knowledge (legal, and professional-practicing) the knowledge already acquired; (iii) designing and building an Al program prototype (intelligent FAQs) in order to manage this knowledge, both automatically and dynamically, within a supporting network that allows to track young judge's professional evolution, and thus helping them to rationalize their effort. In this way: (i) the tutorial function is optimized; (ii) the professional knowledge that the School provides is better conveyed; (iii) the judicial independence is preserved, for the requests are always voluntary, and stem from the judge himself at his destination. Needless to say, the CGPJ will maintain both the control and the supervision of the entire process
