Nova tecnologia de la informació i canvi comunicatiu en les comunitats autònomes espanyoles

The aim of this project is to study which is the comparative situation of eight mass media regional Spanish systems (Andalucía, Castilla y León, Castilla-la Mancha, Cataolunya, Comunidad Valenciana, Galicia, Madrid and País Vasco), How they are affected by the new information and communication technology changes and by the media communication convergence. The project focuses on establishing indicators which are able to compare common and different elements of the analysed systems of communication. Besides, these last ones make easier for regional managers and executives the fundaments of taking decidions in media policy
