The purpose of this study is to analyze how the regulation of the workers mobility and the changes of the working conditions have developed in the mass agreements in Spain. For this, the incidence of technological innovation in both aspects will be underlined and, mainly, the role played by mass agreements in the transformation of a traditional system in wich professional categories are classified (all tasks being specified for each category) into a system in which professional groups have general and wide definitions for their tasks, and where workers are qualified for different jobs.
