There are still a number of unsolved questions about the nature and origin of schizophrenia. Schizophrenia and schizophrenia spectrum disorders research is now focused on the detection of psychobiological markers that will alow: a) to improve the phenotypic definition of the illness which, consequently, will make easier the discovery of its genetic origin, and b) early diagnostic and prevention in childhood-adolescent age. This project plans to study an adolescent high-risk for schizophrenia sample, selected by means of their attentional deficit, measured with the CPT. The study will be longitudinal, with two phases, and will: a) look at the association between psychophysiological (P50) and psychometric (IQ, Frontal Function) variables and indices of psychopathology at phase I and II; b) compare those relationships between the experimental group and the control group, and c) assess the p
