Description
Within the etiopathogeny of proliferative lesions from oral epithelium, human papiloma virus (HPV) takes presently a preferential place.
The purpose of this project points out toward the instigation of HPV nucleic acids presence in the oral covering mucosa from patients with diverse benign and malign lesions through both procedures, "in situ" hybridisation of DNA and the polimerasa chain reaction (PCR).
It will be also correlated the presence of nucleic acids from the different types of HPV with the clinical and pathological features of these diverse lesions
