As a result of the new position that the equality took in the articles 2, 3, 13, 137 and 141 of the tried the European Community after the reform of Amsterdam and to state of the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Community, the modification of the Executive one is being prepared 76/207/CEE, relating to the equality of deal among men and women in relation to the accessThe formation and to the professional promotion and the conditions of the work. In these moments the Commission, the Counsel and the European Parliament are about culminating this reform, adopted by means of the procedure of co decision, that will oblige the revision of the legislation of the member states in different environments, especially in which refers to the access and the professional promotion without discrimination, understanding for the first time in the common environment the prohibition and sanction of the labor harassment. The project that is presented intends to study the content of the new norm and to devise indicators for their transposición in the internal right by a part and, follow, to detect the reforms that are going to have themselves that to carry out in the legal system Spanish, so much in relation to the state legislation as on that of the autonomous communities.
