The field of study is that of scientific lexis, particulary in chemistry, following the arrival of Lavoisier's ideas in Spain. The aim of the project is to draw up the vocabulary of chemistry in Spanish, taking into account such aspects as the documentation of terms, lexic rivalries and morphological questions derived from adopting a new nomenclature.
