The aim of this research is the study of the developmental narrative abilities concerning recall, comprehension and production. The narrative discourse's construction is a long process which starts when childern are three years old and develops over childhood and becomes stabilized in adolescence. Cognitive, linguistic and social factors influence on this process. Since the study includes subjects of different ages, it will provide the possibility to observe when the subjects are able to use a narrative schema in order to operate over codification, retrieve and production operations. This study will also enable to show which strategies are used by subjects before, during and after achieving the process concerning the construction of the narrative schema.
