Inventario, estudio y divulgación de la documentaicón privada en la Cataluña moderna (diarios y epistolarios)

From the results of the research made by this same team in four former projects I+D and from the studies made by some prestigious national and international researchers as James Amelang and Xavier Torres, we have seen the usefulness of the private documents as diaries and private letters of Early Modern Catalonia. To work with this amount of documents means to have great possibilities of research using multiple disciplines as history, anthropology and philology. Our projects is based on making an inventory and, through the web, offering this inventory to the scientific community. Our project is similar to some other projects made by other teams of reserchers referred to other scientific disciplines and subjects. Notwithstanding, we want to used this task of inventory to publish the texts that still remain not published. Consequently, we want to publish twi specialed books a year. Finally, we are involved in continuing the scientific analysis of all the material that we will treat and that implies writing papers and organizing a specific congress about diaries, private letters and, in general, private documents.
