Description
Superfluid turbulence has many interesting features which are the object of much current experimental and theoretical research. Two of the most well known situations are turbulence in a rotating cylinder and turbulence in counterflow in a container at rest. One of the recent aims of the research is to understand the coupling between both situations, namely, to explore turbulence in the simultaneous presence of heat flux and rotation. Another current active topic of exploration is the influence of the walls of the container on the features of turbulence. These two topics have been the the object of our recent joint research. Now, we aim to follow our research both on theoretical grounds, to deepen our understanding of the coupling of heat fux and rotation in turbulence, and in applications (...)
