Project Details


The main objective of this research is to study the mechanisms that allow (or impede) that an immigrant may become member of an association or participate in cultural events that are locally relevant. The hypothesis is that such participative dynamics (or the lack of them) are related to the sense of place and the territorial identify of both immigrants and natives.
