Formació d'investigadors dins el camp de l'enginyeria bioquímica

The project belongs to the Human Capital and Mobility Programme. The Unit of Chemical Engineering will receive, as a host laboratory, post-doctoral researchers. The objective is research training in biochemical engineering. The selected candidates will participate in one of the three following projects already in progress: a) enzymatic synthesis in organic media: reactium medium engineering and bioreactor analysis and design for biocatalysis in organic media; b) process engineering of hybridoma cell culture: production of monocloal antibodies using hybridoma cells cultured in bioreactors and its purification; c) on-line monitoring and control of bioreactors: development of an integrated approach for computer monitoring and control of bioreactors with a view to process optimization.
