Environmental radiation monitoring plans are required to study and understand the dose that workers and public could receive due to natural radiation sources. The main goal of the present proposal is to optimize the instrumentation required to develop environmental natural radiation monitoring plans in areas where the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure, aerosol size distribution) can be considered as extreme.
