Estudi experimental de la implicació del complex receptor GABA-A/benzodiazepina-ionòfor clor en la inducció i atenuació de la ansietat: possibles implicacions terapèutiques

The aim of this project is to establish the participation of the GABA-A/benzodiazepinic receiver in the physiological modulation of anxiety responses in the short and long terms. This will be done by the application of stress to young and adults rats and the study of several treatments to counteract it,at the same time measuring variations in the GABA-A/benzodiazepinic receiver. The objective is to determine suitable parameters by which to obtain lasting anxiety attenuations in emotive subjects.
