Estudi citogenètic i ultrastructural en productes derivats de la fusió d'ovòcits

The work we propose to carry out in this project is based on the study of cellular hybrids (PFO) obtained through the application of techniques of cellular fusion to mouse ovocites. As the project develops we intent to study the viability and the development of the two ovocites and to make an ultrastructural study of the products deriving from the fusion of ovocites, comparing them to embryos obtained through fertilisation.
