Project Details

Description

The aim is to define certain key concepts of importance for social sciences in compulsory education, concepts which could be usefuly applied to all social sciences and which would be necessary for the setting up of syllabi of any centre of education. These concepts would also be of use in the initial guidance of staff (faculty) and could be used by current teachers to educate future members of the community from the standpoint of that particular science in which they become specialized.
The paper is divided into three parts. The first deals with the theoretical foundation resulting from the different theories of learning, the epistemology of the different sciences involved as well as practical implementation.
Part two deals with the design of an educational proposal as well as to define one of the key concepts. Part three concentrates on the practical analysis of the key concept chosen. Systematic practical reflexion an action on the part of the paper's researchers aims ultimately at providing proposals as well as practical tools which would serve as a useful guide to teachers.
