The aim of this project is to study through collective agreements the reorganization of working time and its effects on everyday life. Our hypothesis is that reorganization of working time endures and reinforces a greatest centrality and structuration of power on the working time compared to the social times. This new and higher centrality on the working time difficults the implementation of policies aimed to make compatible the everyday with the working life. The objective of our research is divided into 2 areas: On one side, we will analyze the evolution of the collective agreements, their contents refered to the agreements about the working time, working week and the others compensations that could be itemsof exchange as for exemple, salary or occupation. On the other side, we will try to analyze the impact of the reorganization of the working time on other temporalities as for exemple the family time and the spare time. The originality of this approach consists on how we deal with reorganization of working time and employment from the point of view of the everydy life. An other originality is how we approach the question from a compared perspective inside the European Union with the support of the European Foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions. The posible implementations of this research are related to the present debate about changes in employment (temporary-fixed) and also with the creation of employment. The employment is an item which is, each time, more related to the reorganization of working time, flexibility and schedules. In particular, during this research, our aim is to collect and analyze experiences about collective agreements and to debate our results with the social actors
