The main scope of this work is the analysis the salt dynamics at the surface waters, underground waters, and unsaturated zone in a coastal environment. Salt is present in every one of these components as a function of their morphodynamic origin, of the acting process (wind, marin washover, and evapotranspiration), and other factors such as time of residence, controlled by the dynamics of the surface and underground water. It is our intention to derive a salt balance and a model reflecting the dynamics of its components
