Determinació quantitativa de clorofenols i de substàncies relacionades en teixits i òrgans de dofins llistats morts i supervivents de l'epizoòtia del 1990

Purification of clorophenols, including pentaclorophenol and the lower clorophenol isomers, from different tissues of striped dolphins ("Stenella coeruleoalba") using gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography techniques. Identification of the different compounds by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and quantitation by gas chromatography/electron capture detection. These analyses will be carried out in order to assess their effect on the health condition of the population of striped dolphins involved in the die off in Western Mediterranean in 1990-91.
