Desenvolupament jurídic penal dels drets i dels principis constitucionals

The research project that has been proposed is directed to the knowledge and analysis of the contents, structure and limits of constitutional rights from a dual perspective: a) as an object of the protection by criminal law; b) as an area the essential content of which has to be respected to set the criterium to interpret and limit criminal law.
