The main objective of this project is to investigate the interrelationships between immigration, residential demand and geographic mobility in a context dominated by a new migratory cycle, a structural crisis of housing supply and a post-pandemic scenario of geographic mobility that, after the health crisis, has placed value on peri-urban spaces and accessible rural areas as new areas of residential expansion.
