Description
This research deals with the effects of modern industrial relations upon the legal culture at the turn of Nineteenth Century. Major fields of research are: labour contract, strike and close-shop regulations, legal theory of salary, industrial torts, etc. The final aim is to underline the theoretical basis of a new (Labour) Law.
