Description
The aims of this project are: a) to make visible the growing participation of women in the informal economy of Spanish rural areas (basically in non-agricultural tasks); b) to study the variability and heterogenity of women's participation in the labour market (formal as well as informal), and its articulation with the global economic estructuring processes in rural areas; c) to analyze the different areal patterns and models derived from the different regional context in Spain in order to define some typologies that could be useful for designing effective regional policies.
