CONSPIracism and RAdicalisation Risks in Europe

CONSPIRE proposes a training programme aimed at students in social science courses on health-related conspiracism to provide them with concepts and tools to (a) learn about conspiracy theories, analyse arguments for and against them; (b)understand the radicalisation processes associated with these theories. These objectives aim to promote active citizenship and participation in democratic debates; critical thinking to evaluate health-related information; an anti-radicalisation attitude.
The Project provides a training programme structured in 6 online educational modules held by academic teachers and professional practitioners, face-to-face workshops in each of the 5 partner universities involved and a mobility for a selected group of students. The training programme will use creative and participatory pedagogical methodologies such as narrative role-playing game and the community organising technique, and the audiovisual tool of the documentary.
The main results of the Project are:
Creation of a website which will be usable even after the end of the training program;
Production of a documentary which will be published on the website, and multimedia documentation (photos and videos)
available on Youtube and social media accounts;
Participatory events, both national and transnational, to contribute to the establishment of contacts with target groups at international, national and local level;Papers on scientific journals in social scienc
