Capital humano distribución y eficiencia

This proposal is made up of two main lines of research: A) Human capital:in this part, research will be undertaken on returns to education and the relationship between human capital, technical change and icome distribution; and cost and benefils of public funding of education. The proposal is intented to do further research on ability blas and IV estimation in the Mincerian framework. B) Transport this second line of research aims to provide evidence on the magnitude of productive inefficiency due to misguided regulation of transportation market and also provide guidelines for the design of a more efficient regulation.
