Chromosomal rearrangements are involved in different biological processes, they play an important role in evolution and speciation, and in pathological processes as cancer. Chromosomal regions are not random affected, some hot points exist. We know the rearrangements involved in ecolution and also the localisation of hot points affected by ionising radiations. The aim of this work is to identify the regions with telomeric DNA sequences in interstitial positions and the localisation of fragile sites (FS) induced by aphidicolin. We have two main objectives, the first is to look for the relationship among sites with telomeric DNA and with FS, and hot points affected by radiation and sites of evolution rearrangements, in each species. The second is to observe, by comparing the results obtained in different primate species (included humans), if hot points are conserved during evolution.
