Analysis of the T cell receptor specificity in lymphocytes infiltrating the intestinal mucosa in celiac diseased children of hispanic origin

1. To determine the T cell repertoire in lymphocytes infiltrating the jejunal mucosa in celiac disease patients. 2. To functionally characterize the T cells from the mucosal infiltrates using T cell clones isolated from the infiltrates. 3. To identify the antigen recognized by the T cell clones. 4. To identify the HLA molecules involved in the presentation of the antigen.
