Personal profile
Research interests
My research interests primarily focus on the study of school leadership and the organization of educational institutions, with particular attention to their influence on innovation processes. This line of research began with the development of my Master’s Thesis and was further consolidated in my doctoral dissertation entitled “The Role of School Leadership in Promoting Informal Learning in Educational Institutions.” Building on this work, I have continued to deepen my research through participation in several projects, which has enabled me to broaden and enrich the analysis of educational leadership and its impact on improving organizational and learning dynamics within schools.
