Educational management
Marc Castellví Canet is an adjunct professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), specializing in communication, leadership, conflict management, and the development of transversal competencies (soft skills) within organizational settings. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences and postgraduate training in psychology, marketing, and coaching. He combines his academic work with a solid background as a consultant and corporate trainer.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has held executive positions in marketing, corporate communication, and people management. He currently teaches Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Techniques in the Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Tools for People Management in the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management in Organizations.
His teaching and consulting focus on developing conscious leadership, improving team dynamics and effectiveness, and promoting an organizational culture based on well-being and effective communication.
