    Four six-year periods of research have been recognized (the last for the period 2016-19) and one of transfer. He has 5 books of individual authorship, 40 book chapters, 37 articles and 28 publications of various types.

    Lines of research

    Tax power: regulation of tax resources and surcharges within the framework of the financing system of Autonomous Communities and Local Entities.

    Legal regime tax information: internal regime and international regulation of the exchange of tax data.

    Financial law and legal-tax principles and fundamental rights. Analysis of contributions from financial law to the principle of equality with a gender perspective.

    Financial and tax law and business: financial and tax law as an instrument against job insecurity and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility.

    The reformulation of the institutes of financial and tax law as a result of the digitalization of the economy: tax regime of robotics, cryptoactives AI and displaced workers.
