Member of the Research Group on Tourism and Socioterritorial Dynamics (TUDISTAR) and the Research Group on Water, Territory, Tourism and Sustainability (GRATTS), her research is situated in a critical perspective, especially related to the eco-social transition and alternative ways of organizing tourism and the economy (local tourism, social and solidarity economy or post-capitalism). She also explores the educational dimension of leisure in natural spaces.
