Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the UAB, researcher at the Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development, recognized as a consolidated research group by the Generalitat of Catalonia, consultant to the consultant for the Master in Psychopedagogy at the UOC and Evaluator for the National Agency Quality Assessment and Accreditation.

Doctor in "Quality and educational innovation processes" (with a thesis on "The creation and management of knowledge in educational organizations: barriers and facilitators") and a degree in Pedagogy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Professor Rodríguez-Gómez's research focuses, among others, on the study of knowledge creation and management processes in organizations, linking it to informal and social learning processes, as well as to the development and improvement of organizations; in the study of the abandonment and retention of university students; in the use of ICT in educational centers.
