Personal profile

Research interests

My research, grounded in Social Network Research and Methods, provides insights into the complex interplay between collective structures and individual behaviours, contributing to a deeper understanding of social relational dynamics. Specifically, I am interested in understanding knowledge-sharing processes that govern the flow of information and engagement across diverse cultural and social landscapes and that accompany the diffusion of socially accepted behaviours. At the individual level, my research focuses on social inclusivity, sociability, wellbeing, and how individuals interact within their social environments. At the community and group level, I investigate peer effects, social outcomes, and the effectiveness of networks. Additionally, I examine system-level integration to understand how governance structures and power hierarchies influence and are influenced by individual choices within social environments. Currently, my main research interest applies social network methodologies to behavioural health to map the relational mechanisms among health service providers that create synergies to promote holistic wellbeing.
