The main lines of research developed relate to the process of European integration and the insertion of EU law into the national legal system; the frontier of new social rights in contemporary society: the right to culture and the rights of older people; as well as, in general, competition law and public intervention in economic activities (regulated sectors such as transport, energy, postal service, etc.
