In 1998 I returned to the Dept. of Exp. Psychology to work on my PhD (1998-2003). After my PhD I worked as a potdoc in the School of Biological Sciences. In 2006 I was awarded the "Juan de la Cierva" Fellowship by the Spanish Ministry of Science and moved to Barcelona, Spain to join the Computer Vision Centre of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2007 I was awarded the "Ramon y Cajal" Fellowship. In 2012 I joined the Computer Sciences Department of the UAB as "Profesor Agregado" (Associate Professor).
