Organisation profile

The main objective of the research group is the study, at the molecular and cellular levels as well as in vivo animal models, of the recognition by iNKT cells of synthetic ligands analogous to the a-Galactosyl Ceramide, presented by CD1d, and their capacity to activate the immune response, both as inducers of the innate response as well as the tumour-antigen specific immune response, for their application as anti-tumour therapy
