Organization profile

Social Responsibility (RS) is a need of organizations and a element of differential value that is part of their own identity and affects their marketing and communication strategies. The research interests are focused on different aspects of applied communication, such as public relations and CSR as both fundamental elements of the identity of an organization, to the application of new techniques that affect the reputation of an organization. We focus on the communication process of corporate governance in organizations, analyzing the concept and current vision of RS and its benefits and what its application brings to the reputation of the organization. Also, the application of those tools needed to measure and evaluate the actions that the organization takes in the field of RS. We are interested in study the knowledge and communication of RS, as corporate values of the company and how this values make an deep impact to our society. We study ethics of organizations analyzing the coherence between their communication and their actions, assessing their immediate and future impact.
