Research Group Applied and Environmental Microbiology

The main objectives of the group are: 1. Deepen aspects of applied microbiology, both from the point of view of clinical and industrial, with particular emphasis on food control order in regard to animals for human consumption. 2. Provide expertise in the field of environmental research in order to contribute to a better control of the microbiological quality of environments as diverse as feed mills, farms, libraries, museums, among others. 3. Deepen the prevention, control and maintenance of the conditions that hamper the multiplication of microorganisms disrupters cultural heritage.
