Organization profile

The Institute for Labour Studies was created with the aim of promoting, conducting and disseminating research in the field of work, including domestic work and caregiving, and labour relations.

IET researchers are specialists from sociology, law, economics and other work-related disciplines. This eases the development of a multidisciplinary approach, essential to address the different realities, meanings, effects and challenges that work has in our societies.
