El Grup de Recerca en Publicitat i Relacions Públiques (GRP) va ser fundat l'any 2005. Les seves principals línies de recerca són: la creativitat publicitària; la relació entre gènere i publicitat; la contrapublicitat (publicitat social); les relacions públiques, i la gràfica de contingut polític i social. El GRP està vinculat al departament de Publicitat, Relacions Públiques i Comunicació Audiovisual de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (nombre oficial 1335). Ha obtingut finançament de diverses entitats públiques: Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia, Dirección General de Enseñanza Superior e Investigación Científica, Institut Català de les Dones i Centre d'Història Contemporània de Catalunya. Les seves darreres publicacions han aparegut en l'International Journal of Advertising, Public Relations Review...
