Organisation profile

IARS is an inter-disciplinary and inter-university research group aimed at contributing to the development of the educative action among children and young people who are at social risk. The group is composed of academics and researchers who want to contribute to the study and data to generate evidence in order for politicians to make decisions in that field, as has been asked of in different international arenas. Despite the fact that in the last few decades great progress has been made with children and young people at social risk, there are still some obstacles that impede them to achieve a successful sociolabour insertion. Due to these factors, the convergence of efforts between different agents is more important than ever.
