El nostre objectiu és desenvolupar un sistema integral, basat en metodologia d’avaluació ecològica momentània (EMA) i en tecnologia mHealth, per a monitoritzar les conductes d’esforç i recuperació relacionades amb la pràctica d’AF i d’esport, en esportistes i en població general.
Tenim una visió interdisciplinària de l’esport i l’AF com a eines d’educació per a la salut, junt amb altres hàbits com la dieta, la gestió de l’estrès, el son, les conductes de recuperació i de prevenció de lesions. Pretenem la transferència a la societat dels resultats
de la nostra recerca i de la tecnologia derivada. El nostre grup està format per 14 membres, dels quals 7 són dones; 11 doctors/es; 7 amb tram viu; 2 postdocs i una predoc; 9 són de la UAB; hi ha 6 psicòlegs/es, 3 metges, 1 educador físic i 4 especialistes en neurociències. En conjunt, des de 2017, hem publicat més de 130 articles científics, 79 en Q1, amb 974 cites (JCR o SJR). Hem dirigit 15 tesis doctorals (24 en curs), 103 TFMs, 104 TFGs.
