Antigona Group, Law and Society with a gender perspective's main objective is analysing the development of women's rights in different areas of our society and studying legal structures from the gender perspective. The group's task focuses on:
a) Analysing legislation and case-law from a gender perspective.
b) Studying, monitoring, and evaluating public policies on developing women's rights, particularly about non-discrimination laws, gender, bioethics, and violence.
c) Training legal and social professionals on legal-gender issues.
d) Knowledge transfer, research internationalisation and scientific results (outcomes).
