Description
This dataset was generated to characterize the repertoire of HLA class II–presented peptides identified by immunopeptidomics in monocyte-derived dendritic cells. The aim was to define the naturally presented HLA-II ligandome and support the conclusions of the associated publication regarding antigen presentation in cancer.
