Description
This dataset includes fecal egg count data (EPG) and the R script used to analyze gastrointestinal nematode burdens in red deer at two contrasting experimental densities: high density (HD) and hyper density (HyperD). It compiles the data and code associated with the research article “Beyond density: Environmental and dietary drivers of endoparasite burden in overabundant red deer populations”, published in Parasitology Research (DOI: 10.1007/s00436-026-08627-z).
