abstract = "This paper focuses on hydraulic systems located on the Santa Eul{\`a}ria river and Ierns torrent (Santa Eul{\`a}ria, Ibiza). The research identifies the original Andalusi systems and later expansions, as well as giving a description of their technical features (channels, secondary channels, derivation dams, watermills). A number of watermills were identified through the written records generated by the Christian conquest (1235) and the archaeological survey. A great expansion of the systems from the 18th century onwards has been attested. In 2009, the opportunity arose to undertake the archaeological analysis of the building which hosts one of the watermills in the Santa Eul{\`a}lia valley. This watermill is known as Mol{\'i} de Dalt (Upper Watermill) and is located in the Canal Antic (Old Channel), also called Canal des Molins (Channel of the Watermills). It has been possible to describe several phases of building and technical changes from Andalusi times to the 20 century.",
