Resum
The objective of this work is to analyse some of the measures included in RDL 6/2019, and specifically those related to equality plans, the protection of victims of gender violence or non-discrimination based on sex in the workplace. Likewise, the scope of the modification incorporated in article 34.8 of the Workers Statute is evaluated in relation to the rearrangement of the working day for reasons of conciliation of work and family life. All these measures represent new challenges for the management of human resources.
