Resum

The validation of a spectrophotometric method for the determination of active principle in tablets of nifedipine 10 mg is presented in this work. The linearity, precision, exactitude, specificity and robustness of the method were evaluated. The method employed was linear, exact and precise in the interval of 85 % to 115%. This proves that the method can be used in the tablets' quality control. © 2009 1999, Editorial Ciencias Médicas.
