Resum

The treatment of fractures and pseudoarthroses of the carpal scaphoid has progressed in recent years. The most effective prevention of carpal degenerative arthropathy is the surgical treatment of unstable viable fractures. At present, the procedure most often used is cortico-cancellous bone graft associated with an internal fixation system.
